The #metoo movement has exposed a global pandemic of misogyny, sexual abuse, and violence against women. Black Lives Matter has exposed a global pandemic of institutionalised racism and police violence against minorities. Both forms of oppression have triggered mass protest and resistance.
What is the relationship between class exploitation and oppression? What is the role of the working class - in all its diversity - in the struggles of the oppressed?
This meeting, the first in a series of five organised by Anti-Capitalist Resistance, will explore the approach of revolutionary Marxists to exploitation and oppression.
