Respect is going through a very exciting period in its development with a growing membership and reputation. This has been especially pronounced in the North West. There is certainly going to be a general election in the next 13 months with a disintegrating Labour government, huge economic trouble and many politicians rightly considered to be sleazy and corrupt.
The Respect Party intends to stand for a different type of politics that represents communities and fights for the grassroots of our society. Peace, Justice and Equality are our mobilizing calls. We are looking to increase the number of councillors and MPs that offer an alternative to the ineffectual and vicious Labour government. To do this, we need to generate structure and organization capable of meeting the challenge posed in the next year.
One of the structures we wish to create is an office located in the North West of England. Unfortunately, Respect does not have the funds to rent a sufficiently-sized office and we are appealing for anyone who has available office space that can be utilized for the few months to contact us urgently. We are seeking an office that can be used by up to four people but would be happy to discuss any offers. Respect can deliver office equipment and infrastructure.
